We offer digital services and digital content only.
We do not sell physical goods.
No products are shipped to customers. - Ordering Process
A purchase is completed when the customer:
- selects a digital service
- completes the payment process
- receives an electronic order confirmation from us
- Pricing
All prices are shown on the website.
Prices may be updated at any time but do not affect already completed orders. - Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before the service is delivered.
We accept the payment methods listed on the website. - Delivery of Digital Services
Digital content is delivered electronically, either by email or direct access.
Delivery typically occurs immediately after payment unless stated otherwise. - Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for digital content once access has been granted or the service has begun.
If a technical problem or service error occurs on our side, we will review the case individually. - Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information during the ordering process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their devices can access digital content. - Prohibited Use
Customers may not resell, distribute, copy or misuse the digital content or services. - Applicable Law
These rules follow the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Jurisdiction is Tetovo, where legally permitted.
